The Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park visitor center is nestled in the northern redwoods near the Smith river. In the summer, you may find the visitor center open late serving hot chocolate after an educational or fun campfire program.
The visitor center has a wide array of books covering everything from local trails, flora and fauna, and local history. All the proceeds from our sales go into the support of the interpretive and educational programs offered throughout North Coast parks.
